Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between the traveler ("Client") and Golden Lyfestyle Travel ("Agency") regarding the travel services provided by the Agency. By engaging in any transaction with the Agency, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. The Client shall provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including personal details and travel preferences.
1.2. The Client understands that all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Agency. The Agency reserves the right to refuse any booking.
1.3. The Client agrees to pay the Agency the agreed-upon booking deposit or full payment, as specified by the Agency, within the designated timeframe. Failure to comply may result in price increases and/or the cancellation of the booking.
1.4. The Client acknowledges that additional charges, such as taxes, surcharges, visa fees, and service charges, may apply to the booking and shall be communicated prior to finalizing the booking.
1.5. The Agency reserves the right to modify prices, itineraries, or cancel bookings due to factors beyond their control, such as changes in currency exchange rates, supplier price increases, or force majeure events. In such instances, the Agency will provide alternative options or a refund if necessary.
2. Travel Documentation
2.1. The Client is responsible for obtaining and providing all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and health certificates, complying with the entry requirements of the destination(s) and transit countries. The Agency shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the Client's failure to obtain the required documentation.
2.2. The Agency may provide guidance and assistance regarding travel documentation, but the ultimate responsibility rests with the Client.
3. Travel Insurance
3.1. The Agency strongly recommends that all Clients obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, loss of personal belongings, and other travel-related risks. The Client acknowledges that the Agency is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during their travel.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel arrangements, suppliers, and timing. The Client shall refer to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking for detailed information.
4.2. The Client must notify the Agency in writing of any cancellation requests
